The evaluation of the measured energy consumption, operational rating

ENBEE expert is the author (thesis) of the method in National Annex to STN EN 15603/NA for operational rating for energy performance of buildings, that is also included in the new European standard by M 480.

ENBEE provides evaluation of the measured energy consumption for:

• Energy certification of existing buildings (if the thermal properties of building and systems was not changed in the last 3 years)
• Correction / normalization of the measured energy consumption for standard (or other agreed) outdoor climatic conditions and internal operating conditions for evaluation of the energy savings after implementing EE measures (e.g. for contracts based on energy savings, "Energy Performance Contracting")
